A big thank you to everybody that came out to last night's party. We raised over $6,000 and collected the most food that we've collected since we started doing this five years ago. A big thank you to Janet Laberge of Good Deeds for donating her large truck for food collection. Thank you to Denise Hawes and her daughter. Be sure to visit Denise Hawes Photography's Facebook Page to see a bunch of pics from last night. Funtastic Faces was busy all night long offering face-painting for kids and Sports Clips of Marshfield was great with hair-painting and spiking.

Thanks to Pembroke H.S. music director Austin Glass for getting twelve members from the high school band to come and play live music for everybody. The National Honor Society and other high school kids that volunteered their time were also invaluable.

The post below this one lists all the extremely generous local businesses and families that donated items. Many friends helped before and during the party. This party is always a big undertaking but it's made much easier by all the great people in Pembroke that attend the party, make donations and help make things run so smoothly.

Thanks, Merry Christmas to everybody and we'll be back again next year.

Everything you need to know about Friday

Hello!

The party will take place this Friday, December 5th at 7 p.m. at the Pembroke Country Club. Here's quick rundown of everything you need to know. If you still have questions, contact Matt York at mattyorkpembroke@gmail.com and we'll get you an answer.

What about tickets? Tickets can be purchased at the door. However, we recommend you consider buying tickets in advance ($15 for individuals, $25 for families) online at this link. It will just help us get everybody through the door faster.

Should I bring canned goods? You should. Janet LaBerge from Good Deeds/Dirty Deeds will have her truck set-up in front of the entrance. There should be people there to assist put the food in the truck. You can also bring a dessert for people at the party to share. We had a lot of desserts last year and it was fun.

How do I pay? You can make checks out directly to the Pembroke Food Pantry. We also accept cash and credit cards. All money and food that we collect goes directly to the food pantry.

I have kids, will they have something to do? They will have a ton of things to do. We have Santa Clause there. Denise Hawes Photography will be taking pictures of the kids. Funtastic Faces will be doing free face-painting. Sports Clips of Marshfield will be providing free hair-spiking and hair-painting. We'll also have free hair-braiding. There will be arts and crafts for the kids and we'll have twelve members of the high school wind ensemble playing some live Christmas music.

I don't have kids, should I go? You should go. We have a cash bar, free appetizers and desserts. We have close to fifty different auction and raffle items, a 50/50 raffle and a DJ.

How long does this party last? The party generally runs from roughly 7-10.

Who are the generous businesses and families that help make this possible? We're glad you asked. Below is the list of raffle and auction items for this year's party. We hope to see you there.
